Frequently asked questions.

Which documents do I need to start?

To begin with: an identity document, a category B driving licence and a criminal record certificate. We will go through the full list of requirements, including the licence, during our first call.

Can I drive my own car?

Yes. You drive your own car, and we take care of settlements and paperwork. If you don’t have a car, you can rent one from us.

How often do I get paid?

We settle every week and pay out on Monday — if Monday is a day off work, on the next working day. You can check the details of every settlement in the Driver Portal.

Can I drive with several apps?

Yes. We work with Uber, Bolt and Freenow, and you see the earnings from all of them in one settlement.

What is the Driver Portal?

It is our online service for drivers, with weekly settlements, contracts to sign and details of your rented car. You get access once we start working together.

I don’t speak Polish well. Is that a problem?

No. We speak Polish, English, Ukrainian and Russian.

How much does it cost?

The terms depend on the option you choose — your own car or a rental. We will present them clearly during our call, before you sign anything.
